("Colors of Talent") is owner of the website at www.colorsoftalent.com ("Website") is committed to protecting your personal when using the Website and our services (“Services”) and provide us your personal data through it. This Privacy Policy is also applicable to processing of your data when referenced by email or other communications with Colors of Talent.

Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights ("LOPDPGDD"), Colors of Talent informs Users who communicate with Colors of Talent through the Website about how their personal data may be collected and processed by Colors of Talent in order for Users to decide, freely and voluntarily, if they wish to provide the requested information.

Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, you may continue to receive non-promotional emails and other types of communications, as permitted by law, such as emails or other service communications, including by electronic means, related to the ongoing relationship (i.e. booking reminders, billing, etc).

Likewise, Colors of Talent may share the personal data available to any company interested in purchasing or that purchases Colors of Talent or a part of its business and, consequently, to give access to any national or international auditors in order to carry out its "due diligence" whenever such processing is indispensable for the satisfactory achievement of the corporate operation. As indicated in article 21 LOPDGDD, if the operation is not completed, the data will be immediately deleted by the receiving entity.
