Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional communications, you may continue to receive non-promotional emails and other types of communications, as permitted by law, such as emails or other service communications, including by electronic means, related to the ongoing relationship (i.e. booking reminders, billing, etc).

Likewise, Colors of Talent may share the personal data available to any company interested in purchasing or that purchases Colors of Talent or a part of its business and, consequently, to give access to any national or international auditors in order to carry out its "due diligence" whenever such processing is indispensable for the satisfactory achievement of the corporate operation.
